As a Sales specialist, you'll be at the forefront of groundbreaking projects in a dynamic international environment. You are responsible for business growth and profitability through new client acquisition and upselling sales to existing clients. The primary focus of your role is to identify qualified leads, manage the sales process, and win new business while building long-term relationships with prospects consistent with the company's culture and values.

  • Skills & Experience

    • You ideally have sufficient professional experience in carpentry, timber and offsite construction, prefabricated house construction, or timber construction industry.
    • You have a proven track record in sales and deal-making or someone with a technical background with a passion for sales.
    • Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD® and Autodesk Revit®.
    • Excellent computer knowledge is a prerequisite.
    • You can communicate in a structured way, are well organized, and have a distinctive customer orientation.
    • You think of solutions instead of problems and are not afraid to make decisions. In addition, you have a positive spirit, and people on your team would hate to see you go because of the team player you are!
    • Our customers will love you because you are friendly, communicative, and punctual.
    • Experience with the SaaS process.
  • Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a strategy for approaching prospects.
    • Engage with the marketing team to develop specific campaigns and messages addressing prospects.
    • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, expand client base, build service awareness, and generate revenue.
    • Take internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
    • Support direct sales initiatives by creating and participating in sales meetings and presentations.
    • Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Take the lead in major strategic sales projects.
